- Do I need to make an appointment?
- No appointment needed. Walk in any time during business hours. We serve customers on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Will my data be deleted?
- No. We replace only the broken component. Your photos, LINE messages, contacts, apps and settings remain completely untouched. We never perform factory resets unless you specifically request it.
- How long does screen repair take?
- Most screen repairs are completed in 30–60 minutes. Battery replacements take around 30 minutes. Water damage and board-level repairs require more time — we’ll give you an estimate after diagnosis.
- What iPhone models can you repair?
- We repair all models from iPhone 5s to the latest iPhone 17 series, including SE, Plus and Pro Max variants.
- Do you speak English?
- Yes. English-speaking staff are available. You don’t need to speak Japanese to get your iPhone repaired here.
- My iPhone won’t turn on. Can you still recover my data?
- In many cases, yes. We offer advanced board-level repair and data recovery services. A diagnosis fee of ¥7,700 applies. We’ll explain the options and give you a quote before any work begins.
